Giraffes On Horseback Salad

My new video : Pixies Um Chagga Lagga, directed by Louis Collin and written by Black Francis. A video by Louis Collin & Black Francis. Web & Broadcast TV.

« Pixies have shared another new video from their latest record Head Carrier. The new “Um Chagga Lagga” visual (by the band’s Black Francis and Louis Collin) features black and white shots of the band performing the track, cut with color footage of a woman standing on the side of an empty highway. »

« The clip marks the directorial debut of singer Black Francis, who delivers a mix of intense close-up shots of the group bashing out the southern gothic rocker and a peculiar sequence in which a woman ambles on an empty roadside in Toulouse, France. At one point, the woman spots a man in black searching a nearby field for something, but the clip leaves the possibility of an encounter open-ended, with Francis instead splicing in stark shots of the woman bathed in red light. »
